Pass the Defending Worker Free Speech Rights bill (S.4982 Ramos/A.6604 Reyes) and the One Week Unemployment Insurance Striking Workers bill (A.1443 Wallace/S.4402 Kennedy).
- The Defending Worker Free Speech Rights bill protects workers’ free speech rights by protecting them from being forced to participate in non-work-related discussions, like politics or religion - and union busting!
- The One Week Unemployment Insurance Striking Workers bill reduces the waiting period for striking workers to receive unemployment to just one week, giving us more power to fight for good contracts.
