You are a union member covered under a collective bargaining agreement. Those who have signed this document should be rest assured that they are safe. The first line reads that any applicable collective bargaining agreement would supercede this document. |

| There have been some reports lately that employees have been asked by customers to leave their license with security when entering a customer premise. With the growing problem of identity theft, the local is not comfortable with this situation. The company was spoken to about this issue, and is in agreement. If a customer makes this request from you, contact your immediate supervisor as well as the union hall with the customer information. Recently there has been an increase in disciplinary action for using the company vehicle for personal use. Remember that if it is a weekend, sick or personal day, DO NOT USE THE COMPANY VEHICLE. |
