With over 2,000 members in Brooklyn, New York, we are the highest trained, professional and hardest working telecommunications technicians and customer service representatives in the region. We are more than just a union, we are homeowners, taxpayers and community volunteers that care about our neighbors, our communities and our customers. We believe in workplace safety, so that our members make it home to their families at the end of each day.
